Shadow Refuge/Purge Conditions (if Monk Secondary)

yea if this is for pve and you're a monk secondary bring rebirth or something. also, you dont need 2 energy-regaining skills, 1 is enough.

Well I originally made it for Fort Aspenwood, so when the siege turtles get me I need a quick heal(and sometimes i'm too lazy to cast Way of Perfection).
